Do you shipping worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping services to more than 220 countries/regions around the world. However, there are some places we cannot publish. If you happen to be in one of these countries, we will contact you.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We do not charge transportation costs, all transportation costs are borne by our company

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept international payment methods, such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit Card (Stripe).

I ordered 2+ items, Will my items be sent in one package?

Because we’ve partnered with multiple manufacturers and different designers, items may ship separately for no additional cost.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped. If your items ship separately, some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way!

How long will the delivery take?

Normally it takes 15 ~ 38 days to United States and Europe, 20 ~ 60 days to other countries.we are currently working on reducing our shipping times and hopefully get faster shipping times in the future.

Covid-19 has had a great impact on delivery times.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Security and customer privacy is our main priority when ordering with us, your details won’t be sold or passed on to any third parties and are held on a secure database, although we may contact you occasionally regarding promotional items and things of interest to you from our store.

Is my payment information secure?

Our store is built on a secure platform. Payments are processed on the state of the art technology to keep your information safe. Do you offer a refund/exchange if I don’t like the product?

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Gifts2myself.com, if for whatever reason you are unhappy or need to return items we are more than happy to offer refunds/exchanges for selected reasons outlined in this policy.

Returns Policy

To return any items please ensure you do the following:

We will accept returns on items up to 28 days from receiving items, if the items are damaged, faulty, or not to a satisfactory standard.
In order to process this, you will be required to provide us with photos demonstrating the issue with the item.

All items must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging please note that anything returned to us in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for refund/exchange.

Please do not send the order back to us without obtaining the return address as we may be unable to accommodate you in this scenario. Some of our warehouse facilities are unable to accept returns.

So it is vital you, please email our customer service cs@gifts2myself.com first to let us know about the reason for the return.


Refunds can take up to 16 working days to be processed but usually are the same day once we receive your return, we will let you know via email once we have received your return and that the refund has been processed. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


If you would like to exchange an item for something else on our store you will need to return the items with 28 days, once we have received your items you will be notified via email and your exchange will be shipped out.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been received you will receive an instant confirmation email to say we have received your order, once payment has completed if not an instant payment we will send an email to let you know when funds have cleared. After this, you will receive a shipping and tracking number within 7 days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After initial confirmation email, once payment and funds have cleared for the order and invoice will be emailed with 3 working days.
